First of all, let's define what a blog is. A blog is a short name for a web log, meaning a journal of somebody, so it is more of a personal site mantained by somebody , it lists private thoughts of the owner, it gathers pictures, video , etc.

You may ask yourself why mantain a blog and most of all, why mantain a Christian blog? Well, because you would define like this an internet place where you belong, where you share your ideeas and thoughts about religion, christianity with other people. Visitors can read your posts and comment on your articles.
You can post small religious articles that you update frequently, making this way a dynamic website where people will come back anytime for new material about religion.
This way you can create a virtual community that shares the same religious ideeas like you.

Due to the fact that most blogs are updated through a web interface, you don;t even spend much time mantaining your blog. When you have the time, write a few lines. You know, keeping your blog updated creates a continuous traffic on your site, people will come back again. It is normal, a website that is not updated will not create any interest!
Blogs became very famous these last few years, there are blogs just about anyything: food, cars, personal (most of them), technical stuf, etc. And of course, blogs about religion!
