Christian blogs area quick solution for spreading ideas

I thought more and more these days about Christian blogs. I started to become more and more a fan of WordPress. I don't like the imposed structure, but I realize that you can not have it an other way. They have to develop a standard product. I mean I don't like that you see when a site is actually a blog and not a custom site.

There are some blogs that actually don't show their origin, unless you really know your way around it, you don't observe that is a blog. People customize it so good that it shows totally different. I am not referring only to changing the WordPress themes, but also to rearranging content and making it look personal.
I have seen such blogs. They don't look like a regular WordPress, but they are.It is all a matter of effort. How much effort are you willing to make to have your blog the way you want?
This is why I say that you can easily build a Christian blog based on WordPress and start spreading your ideas immediately. No need for a programmer, no need for a designer. If you have basic IT knowledge, like downloading something from the internet and copying by ftp to a server (ok, this may be trickier) you're done.
Actually you can start a blog on a blog platform such as blogger or typepad or an other similar one.
